How To Start Windows 8/8.1 In Safe Mode?
Just follow these steps:
Go to Start Screen by pressing Windows Key on keyboard, and click on PC Settings.
In PC Settings, click on Update and Recovery-
In Update and Recovery, click on Recovery-
In Recovery options the third option is Advanced Startup, click on Restart Now.
Your PC will restart, and you will see three options, click on Troubleshoot
In Troubleshoot menu, click on Advanced Options
You will see Advanced options, click on Startup Settings
Startup Settings will show you the options that you can change/set. Click on Restart to continue-
On startup you will see Startup Settings. You can use Number keys or Function Key (F1, F2 …) for choosing specific option. To start in Safe Mode, press Number Key 4 or Function Key F4–
Your PC will start in Safe Mode, Login using your account-
You will see black desktop with Safe Mode written on the corners. Windows Help and Support window will open automatically, you can close it and continue your troubleshooting.
