First of all, open PowerShell with Administrator rights. To do that, search powershell in Start menu, right-click on PowerShell and select Run as Administrator. This will open PowerShell with Administrators rights.
Run following command to get the list of installed Windows Apps:

You will get output something like this:
You will get list of all Windows 10 Apps that are installed in your PC showing the names and full package names of the Apps. Well will be using full package names for uninstalling these apps.
Now, for uninstalling the App package, we need to note down the name of the package. Then, we can use Remove-AppxPackage command with the package name to uninstall it. You can also use wildcard to match the package name. For example, if you want to uninstall 3D Builder app, you can use following command (while full package name for 3D Builder app is Microsoft.3DBuilder_13.0.10349.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe):
Get-AppxPackage *3dbuilder* | Remove-AppxPackage
Where *3dbuilder* is part of the package name for 3D Builder application.
Please note that using above command will uninstall Windows 10 Apps from your profile only. If you want to uninstall them from all users, then you have to use -allusers switch after Get-AppxPackage. Here is example:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers *3dbuiler* | Remove-AppxPackage
Above command will remove selected Windows 10 App from all user profiles.
